Welcome to Wateroak RV Living
Wateroak RV Living is a laid-back destination here in Clinton, South Carolina with oversized sites, full hookups, and easy access to everything this amazing region has to offer. We’re proud of the community that’s grown around these shady sites and open green spaces. Some of our guests stay for a weekend, others for a season, but everyone is welcomed the same way. Come as you are, and we’ll help you get situated!
Explore the Area Around Wateroak RV Living
Life at Wateroak puts you close to some of the Upstate’s most popular outdoor and local stops, along with fast highway access for daily commutes. Jeep and 4×4 fans head to Gulches Off Road Vehicle Park, while sporting clays, hunting events, and tournaments draw visitors to the nearby Clinton House Plantation. For quieter days outside, Sumter National Forest offers trails, fishing access, and forest roads to explore. At Wateroak RV Living, our long-term guests quickly become part of the neighborhood. Many of the folks here are project crews and working travelers who take advantage of our affordable, roomy sites, full hookups, reliable WiFi, and open green space to unwind after long days. It’s an easy place to meet neighbors, walk the dog, and feel connected while you’re based in Clinton, South Carolina.
