With oversized sites (big-rigs welcome!), full water, electric, and sewer connections, reliable WiFi, and a pet-friendly layout, comfort comes standard here. You’ll also have quick access to nearby highways for supply runs, job sites, and trips into town
Just beyond the gates, Clinton, South Carolina puts you close to some of the Upstate’s best local draws. Off-road fans are only about 20 minutes from Gulches Off Road Vehicle Park, a popular spot for Jeep and 4×4 trail weekends. About 15 minutes away, Clinton House Plantation hosts sporting clays, hunting outings, and multi-day shooting and fishing tournaments across more than 1,000 acres. For quieter days outdoors, nearby Sumter National Forest is home to forest roads, trails, and fishing access within about 30 minutes. We also have some guests traveling through the area for graduations and campus events at Presbyterian College.
