Located in Clinton, our long-term RV sites are a great fit for project crews, contractors, and working travelers who are looking for an affordable, comfortable place to land while they’re in the Upstate.
When you set up shop here at Wateroak , you’ll have an oversized, full-hookup site (water, electric, and sewer) with room to park, store gear, and keep your area organized for the long haul. Our grounds span more than 12 acres with over five acres of open green space, so you can step outside after a shift and actually have a little breathing room without neighbors on top of you. You’ll also have reliable WiFi throughout the park for the duration of your extended stay with us.
When you need groceries, a quick meal, or a hardware run, you’re minutes from town, and nearby highway access makes commutes and supply runs really easy. Feel free to bring your dog, too! Wateroak is pet-friendly with plenty of space for walks. Most importantly, you’ll find a quiet, respectful atmosphere, practical amenities, and a community of folks who are here for similar reasons: work projects, longer assignments, and a comfortable home base in the Upstate.
