At Wateroak RV Living, our amenities are designed with both our short term and long term folks in mind. Spread across more than 12 acres, with over five acres of open green space, the park gives you plenty of room to breathe. No tight rows or crowding here. Each of our 48 oversized RV sites offers full hook-ups, easy access, and space to settle in for a few nights or a few months. You’ll also find reliable high-speed WiFi, a pet-friendly layout with lots of room to stretch your legs, and quick access to highways, shops, and downtown Clinton.

When you stay with us, you’ll be close to some of the Upstate’s best outdoor and local experiences, without sacrificing the quiet feel that makes for a relaxation escape. If you’re a fan of off-roading, you’ll love being just a short drive from Gulches Off Road Vehicle Park, while shooting sports, fishing, and multi-day events draw visitors to Clinton House Plantation. Sumter National Forest is home to some incredible trails, fishing spots, and quiet forest roads. You’ll also find Presbyterian College nearby for graduation weekends and campus events. We’re a convenient home base for work stays, with plenty to enjoy after hours.
